Refund & Return Policy

We advise you to read this page till the end if you have any questions regarding our refund and return policies. We hope that you understand our policies and place the order after abiding with them in full consciousness.


Cancellation of an Order

  • Either contact us directly or cancel your order from the website to get maximum benefits.
  • No order which is on board with the courier or delivered can be cancelled or refunded. So, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • If you cancel the order in less than 12hours from the delivery date, at least $15 will be charged as cancellation & administration fee.



  • There are high chances of you getting the full refund if we receive the cancellation request within 24hours before the delivery date.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your account within 3-4 business days after deducting the cancellation and administration fee (if any).


About Incorrect Details

  • It is highly advised to cross-check the address and other details because we won’t be able to refund in case of incorrect details.
  • We put additional delivery charges in case you want change of address because of incorrect details due to the inconvenience caused to us.
  • You can’t make any changes or apply for the change of address if the order has already been delivered.


Product Availability & Substitution

Due to the seasonal availability of flowers, sometimes there is a change in flowers types, colours and patterns. Besides, many times the product or container is unavailable. In that case, please feel free to contact us and ask for a replacement or refund if needed. However, make sure that you incorporate all the changes before we hand over the order to the courier.

We put the delivery on board if we didn’t hear from you assuming you have agreed with the terms and conditions of the order placed. And once that is done, we won’t be able to make any changes.


Detailed Process of Returns

  • Please contact our customer care within 3 days of delivery if you face any freshness issue with the flowers. We will happily send you a new set of fresh flowers. And for this, we reserve the right of asking you for the original photographs of the flowers previously delivered to you.
  • However, we won’t be able to send the same set of flowers if the original blooms have been disposed of or images are unavailable.
  • In case of damaged flowers, reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can take timely action. We would either resend flowers on the other day or partially or fully refund the amount based on the specified issue.
  • We, at our discretion, consider issues usually raised after three days deadline but reserve the right to refuse refunding or resending the order. And normally, we don’t offer both refund and resend options.
  • Usually, refund and resend requests are resolved in 24-48 hours.



  • Promptly check the details on your invoice. Contact in case of any discrepancies.
  • Connect with our customer care if you haven’t received the invoice.
  • We assume that the order is correct if we are unable to contact you or didn’t hear from you before dispatching the order. And in this case, we usually contact via email or phone number. So, make sure that you add your details correctly.
